With over ten years’ experience as a personal trainer and fitness practitioner, Phil Hill is a name synonymous with the Gold Coast fitness scene. Fully qualified in both personal training and group class training, Phil’s unique ability to make all clients and members feel confident and capable is second to none. No matter what you are working towards when it comes to achieving new health, fitness and strength goals, Phil’s support spans beyond just training and into nutrition, goal-setting and more. Phil built Fitness Compound – Gold Coast’s No. 2 Voted Best Gym – with a personal goal of being able to help as many people as possible in a friendly and comfortable training environment.

JACKSON BRUMLEY

Jackson has worked in the health and fitness industry for over three years now. However, for as long as he can remember, he’s been in and around gyms, sporting teams and participating in physical activity. Over the past few years, Jackson has had the amazing opportunity to learn for some of the best in the business whether it’s other senior PT’s, world-class strength and conditioning coaches or dietitians and physios, and has built an impressive resume and knowledge-base that will have you reaching new heights when it comes to your fitness and lifestyle goals. Specialising in training towards sports performance and helping athletes of all levels improve their potential, he’s 100% committed to helping his clients achieve any goal, whether it’s weight-loss, strength and conditioning or reaching new fitness goals.

MORGANE JACKSON

At the age of 17, I entered the big world of the fitness industry and have never looked back. As fully qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, the best part about training clients is that I can take them on their own fitness journey and make exercise an enjoyable part of their lifestyle. Fitness is something I’m extremely passionate about and I thoroughly enjoy being able to share my knowledge with others. There isn’t one training program for everyone which is why I love the challenge of personalising each individuals session and watching them exceed their own expectations. We can all improve our training, diet and general health at some level and there is nothing more that motivates me than seeing my clients become the best version of themselves.
