Hayden is one of the coaches you'll train alongside at Fitness Compound, our community gym on Export Drive in Molendinar. He specialises in strength training and physique transformation — helping members build real, usable strength and reshape the way they look and feel through training that's planned, progressive and properly coached.
His approach is built on two things he believes matter more than anything else: structured programming and proper technique. Rather than random workouts that leave you sore but going nowhere, Hayden maps out a clear plan, then makes sure every lift is performed safely and effectively. It's the difference between just exercising and actually progressing — and it's why his members keep getting stronger week after week.
Hayden comes from a basketball background, so he understands first-hand what it takes to train with intent, stay consistent and perform under pressure. That athletic experience shapes the way he coaches: he's big on the fundamentals, big on accountability, and patient enough to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're stepping onto a training floor for the very first time or you're an experienced lifter chasing a new personal best, he'll tailor the work to your level.
