Lachie is the owner and head coach at Fitness Compound, passionate about helping people become stronger, fitter, and more confident. Lachie has been around training in the gym and playing sports for nearly 8 years now. His background is rugby league but has always loved helping people and create healthier lives.

He leads the majority of classes and oversees all programming, creating a supportive, motivating environment for members of all fitness levels.

Taylor grew up playing sports, which led to a lifelong passion for training. With over 10 years of gym experience, she specialises in mobility and functional strength, helping clients build strong, resilient bodies that last.

Known for her no-nonsense coaching style, Taylor pushes clients to unlock their true potential — while genuinely caring about their progress both in and out of the gym.

Hayden is a coach at Fitness Compound who specialises in strength training and physique transformation. He works with members of all experience levels, helping them build strength, confidence, and sustainable training habits that fit real life. With a background in basketball, Hayden brings years of hands-on experience in sports-specific training.

His coaching approach emphasises structured programming, proper technique, and long-term consistency, all within a supportive and motivating training environment
