Under one roof in Molendinar we run personal training, group fitness classes, open gym access and our coached Transformation Challenge — so however you like to train, there's a path that fits. We're proudly local. Most of our members come from Molendinar and the surrounding Gold Coast suburbs — Ashmore, Southport, Benowa, Nerang and Arundel — and that local, neighbourhood feel is exactly what keeps people coming back.
