It depends on your goals, schedule and starting point. Many members train one-on-one one to three times a week and supplement that with open gym or group fitness classes. Lochie will recommend a realistic frequency in your consult so you progress without burning out.

All sessions are coached in person at the Fitness Compound gym, Unit 4/28 Export Drive, Molendinar QLD 4214 — easy to reach from Ashmore, Southport, Benowa, Nerang and across the Gold Coast. See our contact page for directions and parking.
Just comfortable training clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle and a towel. Everything else — the equipment, the programme and the coaching — is taken care of. Come as you are and Lochie will guide you through the rest.
