Fitness Compound was built to be the opposite — a welcoming, down-to-earth community where it is genuinely not about being perfect, just about showing up.

To be upfront: we are not a women-only gym, and we will never pretend to be. Fitness Compound welcomes everyone. What we offer is something just as valuable — a supportive, judgement-free environment, coaches who treat you as an individual, and a community of members, many of them women, who genuinely cheer each other on. From your very first session, you are coached by name, not left to figure it out alone.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, feeling more energetic, or simply getting comfortable in a gym again, your programme starts where you are. We are based on Export Drive in Molendinar, central to the Gold Coast and easy to reach from Ashmore, Southport, Nerang, Arundel and Parkwood, with parking on site.

Not here. Many of our members started as complete beginners, including some returning after years away from any gym. There are no mirrors-and-crowds vibes — just coaches who meet you where you are and explain everything in plain language.
No. Strength training helps most women feel toned, capable and energetic, not bulky — it is one of the best things you can do for your body and confidence. Your coach builds a plan around your goals and teaches proper technique from the basics.
Our coaching team is currently Lochie and Hayden, who work brilliantly with members of all backgrounds and experience levels. If having a female coach is important to you, let us know on the contact page and we will talk you through your options.
